SERVICE & INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS, FULL TIME

K-Dental Inc. Founded in 1975 Canadian owned and operated. Due to continued growth we are looking to expand our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installation of New equipment
  • Diagnosis and repair of Dental Equipment for customers
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment for customers
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations
  • Complete service work orders and obtain customer approval
  • Close work orders through the appropriate channels

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, compressors and /or suction would be an asset.
  • Experience with computers, basic networks installation of computer peripherals plus the ability to troubleshoot and resolve would be an asset.
  • Ability to work with MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) interpersonal, organization and presentation skills.
  • Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE, FULL TIME

This is an excellent opportunity to join a full service, fully authorized Dental Company that has been providing supplies, equipment and service to Dental professionals for over 35 years. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team.

We are seeking a strong, energetic candidate with previous sales or customer service experience to build lasting customer relationships. We offer a great working environment, a Health and Dental Benefits package, and a competitive salary with a bonus component based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales within a designated territory utilizing your communication sales skills.
  • Manage the customer relationship by prospecting for new customers, developing assigned accounts and meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Initiate outbound telesales calls, emails, direct mail and other marketing campaigns to prospects and customers for the sale of dental supplies.
  • Prepare various reports for management.
  • Perform other general sales duties as may be assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Previous Sales/Customer Service experience
  • An understanding and an ability to apply effective selling strategies and techniques
  • History of successfully meeting sales goals and growing sales
  • Experience with CRM environment and various software suites
  • Effective verbal and written communications
  •
